Supporting Families After Delivery
Many of the families we support are transitioning home after delivery at Northwestern Medicine Prentice Women's Hospital, Advocate Illinois Masonic Birthing Center, Rush University Medical Center, and other Chicago hospitals and birthing centers. We often begin with a telehealth visit while you're still in the hospital, then follow up with an in-home consultation soon after you're discharged — so support is in place before the hard early days at home begin.
