Appointments with North Shore Lactation are covered by most major health plans; others require pre-authorization. Before you schedule an appointment, confirm your insurance coverage and requirements using this form.

Given the often urgent nature of lactation support, North Shore Lactation kindly asks for 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. If cancellation is received within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a fee of $50 will be invoiced.
