Why I Became a Lactation Consultant
Working in the NICU as a nurse, I fell in love with educating and supporting families through their feeding journeys. Around that same time, I welcomed my first child and faced the hard reality of first-time breastfeeding struggles myself — including a short NICU stay and feeding difficulties tied to torticollis. Those personal and professional experiences together are what led me to become an IBCLC.

My Favorite Part of Being an IBCLC
Having the honor of coming alongside postpartum families as they navigate their feeding journeys, and helping them reach their goals.

What Families Can Expect Working with Me
Someone who leads with compassion and understanding, backed by evidence-based knowledge and years of experience.

A Little About Me
I live west of Chicago on a few acres with my husband, three wild little boys, and three fur babies. When I'm not working or spending time with my family, I'm experimenting with sourdough, sneaking away with my Kindle, or figuring out how to raise chickens!
