Why I Became a Lactation Consultant
My own breastfeeding experiences came with real challenges, and that gave me a deep, personal understanding of what families go through. I became an IBCLC to be a voice for postpartum women — to make sure they get the compassionate, expert care they deserve and reach their feeding goals.

My Favorite Part of Being an IBCLC
Supporting a parent and baby through such a vulnerable, emotional time is the most fulfilling part of my work. I love empowering families with confidence, education, and a real path toward their feeding goals.

What Families Can Expect Working with Me
Compassionate, judgment-free care focused on YOUR goals, whatever that looks like for your family. Together, we'll assess feeding dynamics, work through challenges, and build an individualized, evidence-based care plan.

A Little About Me
When I'm not working, you'll likely find me at one of my kids' sporting events — we're a busy traveling sports family! I love exploring local coffee shops and antique stores, and relaxing on the beach with my family.
