Why I Became a Lactation Consultant
When my first child faced unexpected health issues and everything felt out of my control, breastfeeding was the one thing I could hold onto. I want to help every parent reach their own unique feeding goals — while protecting their mental health along the way.

My Favorite Part of Being an IBCLC
I love how many different ways there are to feed a baby! Direct nursing, supplemental feeding at breast, pumping and bottle feeding, tube feeding, combo feeding — parents have real options, and I love helping them find what works.

What Families Can Expect Working with Me
Compassionate, affirming care for parents of every race, gender, religion, and sexual orientation. Your goals are my goals — I'm here to help you feed your baby in the way that works best for your family, so you can be the parent you want to be.

A Little About Me
I have four children and have breastfed each of them in different ways. With my youngest, health issues meant I exclusively pumped for a year — an experience that gave me a whole new perspective and respect for pumping parents. When I'm not chasing kids around, I love reading, hiking, swimming, and I'm trying my hand at pottery this fall!
